33 residential units in Heikendorf

Three residential buildings with 33 apartments are being built. Nine apartments will be built in the first residential building, nine in the second and 15 in the third. An underground garage with a total of 28 parking spaces will be built underneath residential buildings 2 and 3. A total of 38 outdoor parking spaces will also be developed.

Three residential units are planned on the ground floor, upper floor and attic in each of the residential buildings 1 and 2. The construction of the building will be monitored by DEKRA during construction. The blocks of flats can also be purchased individually on request; they have already been divided up according to WEG.

Heikendorf is one of the most sought-after residential areas in the bacon belt of the state capital Kiel and has a high recreational value. There are numerous recreational and bathing opportunities in the immediate vicinity thanks to the nearby forests, fields and beaches.
