Building plots in Schwedeneck

In Dänischer Wohld in the municipality of Schwedeneck, Surendorf district, a residential area with around 30 residential units for detached and semi-detached houses is being developed in cooperation with DSK-BIG on an area of around 3 hectares. The Schwedeneck municipality’s development plan no. 21 is currently being drawn up. We expect the development plan process to be completed in spring 2020.
