The semi-detached houses were prefabricated in solid construction and fitted with the desired special features and handed over. Thanks to the first-class thermal insulation, the modern heating system and the smart ventilation and air extraction technology, houses were planned and built that more than meet the requirements for a KfW 70 building.

On the ground floor there is a wide hallway, a utility room, a guest WC with walk-in shower and window and a wonderful, high-quality fitted kitchen. The paved terraces and the carport facilities can be reached via the very spacious living room.

The Hanseatic city of Hamburg can be reached in approx. 30 minutes by car and the state capital in approx. 15 minutes. Flensburg and neighboring Denmark are also just a 60-minute drive away.
