Underfloor heating is provided in the apartments, with temperature control for each room <\/li>&#13;\n<li>The bathrooms will be fitted with high-quality sanitary objects and fittings from renowned manufacturers. The showers are tiled at ground level <\/li>&#13;\n<li>In addition to the storage facilities in the apartments, cellar rooms are allocated to the apartments in the basement<\/li>&#13;\n<li>Each apartment will have an intercom and doorbell system with a camera<br\/>module.
