Three residential buildings with 33 apartments are being built. Nine apartments will be built in the first residential building, nine in the second and 15 in the third. An underground garage with a total of 28 parking spaces will be built underneath residential buildings 2 and 3. A total of 38 outdoor parking spaces will also be developed. <\/p>\n

Three residential units are planned on the ground floor, upper floor and attic in each of the residential buildings 1 and 2. These residential units range in size from approx. 52 sqm to approx. 90 sqm. In residential building 3, five residential units are planned on the ground, upper and attic floors. These residential units range in size from approx. 66 sqm to 80 sqm. The room heights are 2.42 m in the clear. <\/p>\n

The construction of the building will be monitored by DEKRA during construction. The blocks of flats can also be purchased individually on request; they have already been divided up according to WEG. <\/p>\n

Heikendorf is one of the most sought-after residential areas in the bacon belt of the state capital Kiel and has a high recreational value. There are numerous recreational and bathing opportunities in the immediate vicinity thanks to the nearby forests, fields and beaches. <\/p>\n

With its more than 4 km long fjord shore, lidos, bathing establishment, yacht harbor and hiking trails, Heikendorf is a popular recreational area and at the same time close to the state capital of Kiel. There is also a sports club and a golf club in Kitzeberg. <\/p>\n
