Living in Kaltenkirchen

Our new-build project “Mitten in Kaltenkirchen” comprises 11 condominiums in a residential building with a roof terrace. The residential buildings are designed in modern, contemporary architecture and consist of two full storeys and a staggered storey. The generously proportioned apartments offer maximum comfort and the modern elevator provides convenient and barrier-free access to all residential levels. The architecture sets a clear tone from the outside, which we have deliberately incorporated into the interior design of the living spaces. High-quality materials and an open interior design create a standard of the highest level.

When planning the residential building, great importance was attached to maximum quality in terms of spaciousness, furnishings and functionality. The 2- to 3-room apartments with a living space of approx. 48 m² to approx. 96 m² are stylishly designed and offer an ideal home with plenty of comfort. We create a living space in which everyone can find themselves and feel at home. The (roof) terraces, balconies and loggias face south or west.

The offer applies equally to owner-occupiers and individual investors. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2021.

The town of Kaltenkirchen is located in the Hamburg metropolitan region and has ideal transport connections with the Autobahn 7 and the A 1 local train line. The plan is to run the Hamburg S-Bahn on the AKN tracks from Hamburg to Kaltenkirchen in the medium term.
